THE BASICS
This site is run by DROP CLUBHOUSE in Innsbruck. Using it means you're cool with what's written here. If you're not, the back button is right there.
THE WAITING LIST
Joining gets you an email when something happens. It's not a ticket, not a membership and not a promise that you'll be let in first. It's a heads-up. Leave whenever.
BUYING COFFEE
Prices are in euro. Shipping is shown at checkout. Your order is an offer; the deal is done when we confirm it. We can decline an order if something's off — wrong address, sold-out bag, obvious chaos.
CHANGED YOUR MIND
EU consumer right of withdrawal: 14 days from when the parcel lands, no reason needed — as long as the bag is unopened and still sealed. Once you've opened coffee it's food, and food doesn't come back. Email us and we'll walk you through it.
IF SOMETHING'S WRONG
Broken, missing or just not what we said it was? Statutory warranty applies. Tell us within a reasonable time and we'll fix, replace or refund it.
BEHAVE
Don't scrape the site, don't break it, don't pretend to be us. The name, the arched DROP and all the little characters belong to us.
THE BORING PART
We do our best but we can't promise the site is online 24/7 forever. Austrian law applies; if you're a consumer, your local protections still stand.
