THE BASICS
This site is run by DROP CLUBHOUSE in Innsbruck. Using it means you're cool with what's written here. If you're not, the back button is right there.
THE WAITING LIST
Joining gets you an email when something happens. It's not a ticket, not a membership and not a promise that you'll be let in first. It's a heads-up. Leave whenever.
SHOPPING THE DROP
Prices are in euro. Shipping is shown at checkout. Your order is an offer; the deal is done when we confirm it. We can decline an order if something's off — wrong address, sold-out item, obvious chaos.
CHANGED YOUR MIND
EU consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us they want to withdraw, then another 14 days to send them back. You can inspect an item like you would in a shop; handling beyond that may reduce the refund. Email us and we'll walk you through it. Your statutory rights still apply.
IF SOMETHING'S WRONG
Broken, missing or just not what we said it was? Statutory warranty applies. Tell us within a reasonable time and we'll fix, replace or refund it.
BEHAVE
Don't scrape the site, don't break it, don't pretend to be us. The name, the arched DROP and all the little characters belong to us.
THE BORING PART
We do our best but we can't promise the site is online 24/7 forever. Austrian law applies; if you're a consumer, your local protections still stand.
