TL;DR

We collect the bare minimum, we never sell it, and you can make us delete it with one email. That's the whole vibe.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY COLLECT

• Your email — only if you join the waiting list. So we can tell you first when something's cooking.
• Order details — name, email, phone and shipping address when you buy coffee, because the bag has to physically arrive somewhere.
• Basic technical stuff — the usual server logs your browser sends to every website on earth.

WHY

Waiting list: because you asked us to (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — one unsubscribe and you're out. Orders: because we can't ship coffee to vibes (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). Keeping the site up and not broken: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Our hosting and database provider, and a shipping partner when there's a parcel. That's it. No data brokers, no ad networks, no selling your inbox to someone with a newsletter about crypto.

HOW LONG

Waiting list emails: until you leave or we stop being a waiting list. Order records: as long as we need them to handle your order and any follow-up.

YOUR RIGHTS

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — all of it. Email hello@dropclubhouse.com and we'll sort it. If we mess up, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).

This is not for under-16s. Go be young somewhere else.
